We will show brokers how to search for areas that allow ADUs to be built. Options to build ADUs on an existing property (construction loans), purchase mortgage options, and reliable websites to help calculate expected short-term rental rates.

You work hard to develop a relationship with a potential buyer and then hear no once in with the lender for pre-approval. Let me show you options available to your buyers to get fully approved outside traditional mortgage products.

A non-qualified mortgage doesn’t follow traditional guidelines with income, assets, debt ratios, and other qualification restrictions. I can demonstrate other ways of being approved, for example,

- bank statements using deposits
- asset depletion even under retirement age
- debt service coverage for investors (one option no income no rent verified at all)
f- lexible products for qualification (40-year interest only)
- and credit flexibility.

We will walk you through the basics so you have an idea of when to say, call Bill he may have another option to make your home ownership dream come true.

NAR Research analyzes the most important economic indicators that influence real estate markets. In addition to NAR’s own existing-home sales and Pending Home Sales Index, other indicators such as new-home sales, housing starts, mortgage interest rates, employment, Gross Domestic Product and the Consumer Price Index are monitored by the Research staff. All these indicators are used by NAR analysts to prepare the Association’s economic forecast, which can be accessed in the Research section, under Housing Statistics.
