When agents talk to me they want to know what we offer. They usually say that other brokers called them, and that they want to see their options.
Great! I encourage agents to review different options, it is absolutely valid! I would say, brokerage offices will share similarities depending on the category. 👊
New agents haven't realized there are small, medium, and large offices (usually franchises), and producers haven't realized they have better options somewhere else; they just have not seen them. 🥸
Asking for split is usually part of an interview. Again, companies have options and agents should be able to pick, and also to understand why "that split" exists and how it is going to affect their productivity.
But....there is something brokerage offices cannot share or have similarities with...THAT IS ITS CULTURE!😊
