New agents haven't realized there are small, medium, and large offices (usually franchises), and producers haven't realized they have better options somewhere else; they just have not seen them. 🥸
Asking for split is usually part of an interview. Again, companies have options and agents should be able to pick, and also to understand why "that split" exists and how it is going to affect their productivity.
But....there is something brokerage offices cannot share or have similarities with...THAT IS ITS CULTURE!😊
Culture implies the shared values, belief systems, and attitudes of agents within the office. ... A positive workplace culture improves teamwork, raises the morale, increases productivity and efficiency, and generates a healthy competition that is mostly a support.
