No major changes - Realtors will simply need to better explain why sellers should cover the overall costs of selling the home (which will include more disclosures)

NAR will win the appeal, and things will return to status quo

Realtors will ultimately all become dual agents, as there will be no appetite for buyers to pay commissions out of their own pocket
