I heard something pretty amazing this morning.

When I coach, I coach people to put themselves first. Naturally because we are pack animals we instantly try to put others first. A spouse, kids, parents, etc. But if you are not healthy and capable, you cannot do anything for any of them.

YOU have to be at peak performance if you want to help others reach their goals, dreams and peak performance.
So, what did I hear that led me to lead my newsletter with this?

A man giving an interview said, "The phrase, If you do for me - I will do for you, is poison to the soul. The phrase should be, I will do for me so I am capable to do for you and I want you to do for you so you are capable to do for others."

BOOM - for me that was so impactful.

We are WIRED to do and say things we have heard our whole life. We need to learn how to rewire our brains, thoughts and actions so WE can be better partners, business partners and HUMAN beings.

Next week, I am going to tap into something else I heard Saturday night. A life coach I was talking to at a party said to me, "Real Estate agents are athletes. They have to do everything at 100 mph and stay in peak performance all the time". YES!! Let's chat on that next week.
