Also provide the broker with the buying client to position them to close a commercial transaction. One of my main emphasis is on implementing Social Media Platforms: You Tube, Face Book, LinkedIn and Instagram. A wise man said that Communication equals Wealth. The way that I add value to a Commercial Real Estate Company by utilizing my skills, abilities, and resources to position the broker to negotiate and close on properties. With my skills and abilities, I have acquired various excel spreadsheet listings of Commercial Real Estate Company buyers, Institutional, some Multi Family Syndication, and large listing of Multi-Family, Hospitality, Retail, and Office R.E.I.T.’s. I discreetly use social media marketing ads, and inquiries to vetted interested buyers. I first communicate with the broker, and develop an aggressive marketing campaign using social media. Face book groups, Linked In connects some Instagram marketing. Using a web based platform called Deal Check I perform all the “numbers” myself and research the property(s). I selectively match up the brokers seller with a buyer, or multiple buyers. I do not engage in the following: Wholesaling, Daisy Chains, and No negotiating or signing of contracts with any buyer.
