• Lighting: Utilize natural light to showcase warmth and volume. Supplement with interior lighting to create a welcoming glow, ensuring light color temperatures are consistent.
• Staging: Ensure the space is immaculately staged. All clutter must be removed. Focus on high-end, minimalist decor that emphasizes scale and quality.
• Composition: Use wide-angle lenses carefully to capture room size without distortion. Focus on leading lines (e.g., floor patterns, ceiling beams) to draw the viewer's eye into the image.

Exterior and Architectural Photography

The exterior shot is often the first impression. It must convey the property's curb appeal, size, and relationship to the surrounding landscape.

The "golden hour" (just after sunrise or before sunset) often provides the most dramatic and flattering light for exterior shots, enhancing textures and colors. Night or twilight shots can highlight landscape lighting and create a sense of sophistication.
