The Nebraska REALTORS® Association’s 109th Annual Convention & Expo will take place April 13–15, 2026 in La Vista and will spotlight our new theme, “A Story Worth Telling.” This signature event brings REALTORS® from across the state together to celebrate the experiences, achievements, and milestones that shape both their businesses and their personal journeys in real estate.

Across three full days of programming, attendees will enjoy education sessions that inspire fresh thinking, committee meetings that foster collaboration, and a vibrant exhibit hall filled with resources to support their work. Each part of the event is designed to help members reflect on the chapters they have already written while discovering new ideas and connections that can guide the next steps in their story.

Targeting local association executives in the Southeast, this annual event is a forum to share what is happening at the national and state levels and how issues and opportunities impact members at the local level. This event provides association executives, from CEOs to directors to managers, epic opportunities to network with their peers from other associations.

Attendance at this event offers an estimated 16 hours of Professional Development Training that will count towards Core Standards requirements. The event is hosted by the NC REALTORS® and the Georgia REALTORS® and rotates between the two states.

"In June is our Summer Retreat. This is a business meeting always held at a fun location. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct association business while also having fun networking with fellow REALTORS® from across the state."

Our Legislative Meeting takes place in February in Lexington, which brings members across the state together for governance meetings and to connect with our state legislators. Committees hold their inaugural meeting for the year and we hold an evening reception for members to mingle with their legislators.

The Appraisal Summit (formerly the Appraisal Summit and Expo) was started for three reasons. First, with all the problems appraisers were having across the states in 2008 and 2009, we saw a need to pull them together, and give them an opportunity to exchange information on a national basis. Second, we believed that while traditional CE classes might be good, they do not provide exposure to a wide variety of information from some of the most influential members of the valuation and financial services groups. Third, it offers exposure to exhibitors who offer a wide variety of timely appraisal services.
