This 3 CE online course shows you the statistics that prove how effective staging is and how to overcome a seller’s objections and gain their buy-in. Presenter Terry MacRae, Certified Professional Stager and licensed Realtor®, spent three years as a professional stager, and has served many Realtors® and their clients in marketing their homes and attracting the “right” buyers. Her success is directly related to educating sellers, helping them understand the psychology behind attracting the “right” buyers, and forming a partnership with them to facilitate the successful marketing of their homes.
Upon completion of this course and its requirements, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion for 3 CE credits.
