This course will discuss creating agency relationships between Buyer Agent, Seller Agent, Dual Agent, Designated Agent and Non-agent/transactional licensees. The course will review agency responsibilities, limitations of duty, Issues of the agency, and documents and tools of the trade such as the Agreement of Sale, Addenda, Inspections, disclosure forms, negotiations, and much more.
