WHEN: Tuesday | March 8, 2022 | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM WHERE: Online WHY: From a New Buyer Lead through Closing, learn how to be successful with your Buyers from your Initial Consultation, showing homes, discussing Lending options, preparing a Buyer CMA through writing up your Buyers offer, winning strategies for presenting offers to the Listing Agent, along with Inspection issues, appraisals and closings. This course will take you from beginning to end of working with a Buyer so that you can build successful relationships with your Buyers making them lifelong referral sources. INSTRUCTOR: Tammy Deitz and Brett Popish PRICE: Realtor® Member $40 | Non-Realtor® $60 CE CREDITS: 4 (In order to receive CE credits, you must: have video capability, have video on and be visible for the duration of the class. You may not drive, show homes or participate in any distractions during class. CE credits will not be given to those who fail to follow these guidelines.) CLASS POLICIES: You must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund less $10 in service fees. If you choose to transfer to another class, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee. You must attend the entire class to receive your Colorado Continuing Education Credits. |
