WHY: DMAR is gearing up to host its first in-person event since 2020 with a fresh take on our Young Professionals Network's (YPN) signature event, the Condo Insider Project. That event sold out three years in a row and we are expecting another great turnout on June 22, 2021 as we host our first-ever New Development Insider, a showcase of new development from luxury condos to custom single-family homes (and everything in between). John Covert, Senior Regional Director at Zonda, will kick off the afternoon with a brief overview of new home market trends and what to expect for the home building industry.
