WHERE: Online WHY: Seniors Real Estate Specialists®, or SRES®, designees are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. By earning the SRES® Designation, you have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. PRICE: REALTOR® Member $299 | Non-REALTOR® $450 IMPORTANT: Registration is a two step process. The day before class you will be emailed a Zoom link to confirm registration, as well as class materials and guidelines. CLASS POLICIES: You must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund less $30 in service fees. If you choose to transfer to another class, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee. You must attend the entire class to receive your Colorado Continuing Education Credits. |
