Determining the realistic sales price for a rehabbed property is at the intersection of art and science. Students will learn the difference between determining After Repair Value(ARV) and pulling traditional homeowner comps. These nuances can make or break a profitable project as well as help determine unnecessary aspects of the rehab budget so clients don’t over-improve a project for certain price points. |
