The Housing Crisis is here! I started investing in Real Estate back in 2001. I started in Multi Family Real Estate properties and then moved into fixing and flipping single family homes. I saw the housing market crash well ahead of time and sold most of my Real Estate in 2006 and warned others to do the same. I am your personal finance #moneywatch. Now I am back getting others prepared for a housing price crash. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and have owned a Property Management and Real Estate Brokerage as well.
