Join us for a back-to-back class on Mineral and Water rights. The first class looks at mineral interests, mining claims, severed mineral interests and fracking. During the second class, students will have an understanding of water rights, right to use water, the ownership of water in Colorado, and the difference between ground and surface water. Information provided will be specific to Colorado. These two classes make up a total of two credit hours of education.
