Looking for a blank slate? If you can cobble together millions of dollars, the home of Major League Baseball player David Segui could be yours.

Segui suited up for more than a half-dozen teams during his 15-year career and has decided to sell his half-done Phoenix mansion for $6,550,000.

The mansion has been on and off the market since 2020, though now it seems Segui isn’t waiting until the home is picture-perfect to sell. The place is available as is, and the new owner will need to finish the renovations he started.

On the bright side, the buyer has a golden opportunity to customize the massive property.

The home was built in 1998.

Segui’s property is actually a two-fer, as a pair of houses make up nearly 10,000 square feet of living space on almost an acre and a half.

The combined properties include seven bedrooms and seven baths—including a two-bedroom, two-bath guest cottage. This spot is one of the largest estates in Arcadia, a posh Phoenix neighborhood.

At least the soaking tub arrived.

There’s a putting green and grilling gear in the patio area.

A large pool, huge outdoor spa, gazebo, lighted tennis court, and small putting green all are included.

Baseball is a way of life in Segui’s family, as his father, Diego Segui, pitched for the Boston Red Sox, Seattle Mariners, and the St. Louis Cardinals, among other teams.

David Segui also bounced around from club to club, including the New York Mets, Montreal Expos, Seattle Mariners, Toronto Blue Jays, and Texas Rangers. The Kansas native bookended his long career quite neatly by both starting and ending it with the Baltimore Orioles.
