Cue the music! Legendary music producer Clive Davis is unloading his chic New York City apartment for $5 million.
That’s the same price the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer paid last year for the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in a landmark Tribeca building.
Featuring lofty ceilings and an elegant design, the apartment is 2,448 square feet. Oak flooring and Italian marble offer a high-end sheen, as do the kitchen’s Miele appliances and waterfall island.

The building’s pedigree is nearly as famous as Davis himself. First commissioned by the New York Life Insurance company, the property was designed in 1899 by the prominent architectural firm McKim, Mead & White.
The amenities here are superb, befitting A-list residents such as Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. If you’re lucky enough to land here, you’ll enjoy a billiard room, movie theater, pool and roof deck access, plus steam and sauna rooms.
The multi-Grammy-winning Davis is also hoping to sell his apartment on Manhattan’s West Side. The six-bedroom, 6.5-bath stunner in The Rushmore building has been relisted for $6,375,000.
Davis was able to unload his Park Avenue duplex in the ultraexclusive Ritz Tower for $4.2 million last fall, according to Mansion Global.
Davis, who turned 90 in April, has developed and signed incredible musical talent during his decades in the industry. Among his hit-makers are Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Whitney Houston, Billy Joel, and Aerosmith.
