This “dog” is trading the mountains for the beach.

Duane Chapman, aka “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” appears to have found a buyer for his enormous Castle Rock, CO, home, according to the New York Post.

Chapman, who has put down new roots in Florida, listed his 9-acre property in Colorado in October for $1,690,000. He dropped the price to $1,595,000 in November, and now a sale is pending.

On the beautiful land is a 6,200-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms and five baths.

The home was built in 1999.

A soaring ceiling and huge windows add to the thrill of the great room, which also features an impressive stone fireplace that opens on three sides.

The kitchen has received a recent face-lift that features granite counters, stainless appliances, a coffee bar, and a new cooktop.

The primary bedroom comes with a fireplace, a gorgeous deck, and matching walk-in closets. Love to zone out under a blanket of bubbles? The deep soaking tub in the bathroom is placed strategically in front of another fireplace.

Other amenities include a walk-out lower level with a wet bar and a hot tub under a protective overhang. A home theater, laundry or crafting room, and storage room complete the package.
