Travis VanderZanden, founder of the Bird scooter sharing service, has put his pretty perch on the market yet again, according to Dirt.
This time the modern mansion in Bel-Air is being offered for the reduced price of $19.9 million.
VanderZanden quietly purchased the L.A.-area home from “The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah in 2020 for $21.7 million, Dirt reports. Six months later, he listed it for $24,995,000.

The six-bedroom, nine-bath home has been on and off the market ever since. A sale at its current list price would mean VanderZanden takes a near $2 million hit.

There are plenty of reasons for a discerning buyer to snare the 10,044-square-foot nest at this bargain price. Chief among them is the dramatic pool that juts out over the promontory, overlooking the Bel-Air Country Club as well as the surrounding canyons and city skyline.
