New data shows that starter homes in a record number of cities now cost $1 million or more. \u00a0 New data from Zillow shows that 242 cities now have million-dollar entry-level homes \u2014 that\u2019s three times as many as before the pandemic housing boom. Most places are in California, but the fastest growth is in New York and New Jersey.
