This is a newly renovated Brownstone in New York City. The Brownstone is 5,000 square feet. Fully gut renovated. We converted an SRO or Single Room Occupancy into a 2-family home. It has a rental apartment on the Garden Level, and the Parlor Floor up is for the owners. The Brownstone has a wide-open parlor floor with a rear deck to the backyard. We built an addition on the roof with a new roof deck. Some key design features are the large master bath with a freestanding tub and the big open kitchen with a large island.
