#NAREE2026 begins Monday afternoon, June 1 at 2 PM and concludes Thursday morning, June 4, 2026. NAREE’s annual real estate journalism conference will be held at the beautiful Kimpton Epic on the water in downtown Miami.
You can see the Miami real estate story being played out from the Epic’s pool deck on the 16th floor — cranes in the air dotting a more expansive skyline of signature buildings constructed since NAREE’s last meeting here in 2021 during the Pandemic.
The area around the Epic Hotel is walkable, near the free Metromover (elevated train) and water taxis. As many may remember the Brickell Avenue Financial District is just over the Miami River Bridge to the south, while the culture arts and entertainment district including the Perez Art Museum Miami and Adrienne Arsht Center is just a bit northeast and the Wynwood Walls are not much farther to the northwest.
