This 3 CE online course will provide you with an introduction to real estate financing. The course begins with definitions necessary for a foundational understanding, then proceeds into different types of loans, discusses how loans are bought and sold, explains short sales and foreclosures, then covers how financing impacts a real estate transaction.
Upon completion of this course and its requirements, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion for 3 CE credits.
