24-hour course required by Colorado statute to qualify for the Employing Broker level of authority. It is accepted one-time in lieu of full 20-hours of continuing education requirements to upgrade. (VanEd also offers the "Broker Refresher" course for those who upgraded between 1-1-18 and 1-1-19 to the employing broker level).
