We’ll look at how CRE is different from home or condo rentals, how the financing works, and what returns you might expect. It’s easier to find “value-added” deals in CRE than residential investment – learn how you can capitalize on these opportunities. If you want to invest but it seems risky or overwhelming, how can you partner with a more experienced person to get access to expertise? We will look at a few case studies and have time for Q+A. If you bought 2 or 3 homes five years ago as rentals, you probably have enough equity for a CRE investment! Feel free to bring your qualified clients to the class, too.
