This course will provide the student with an introduction to real estate financing. The course begins with definitions necessary for a foundational understanding, then proceeds into different types of loans, discusses how loans are bought and sold, explains short sales and foreclosures, and then covers how financing impacts a real estate transaction. Upon completion of this course, you will be awarded 3 Continuing Education credits (CO Course Approval #8990).
