| Event Description: | Learn how to make winning offers, without getting in trouble. This class covers a range of topics essential to crafting compelling offers in today’s real estate market. We’ll explore the pros and cons of making offers more attractive, as well as potential broker/buyer liability to the seller. We’ll also delve into the problems with “love letters” and escalation clauses, and discuss strategies for dealing with multiple buyers interested in the same property. Throughout the course, we emphasize the importance of vetting all of these issues with clients before they find themselves in the pressure situation of making an offer.
