We are very excited and proud to announce that the 2023 show will be the 60th “Diamond” Anniversary of HOMEARAMA®. HOMEARAMA® is one of the longest running and successful new home showcases in the country. HOMEARAMA® Urban Edition is a sister show to Cincinnati’s HOMEARAMA® and CiTiRAMA® home shows. HOMEARAMA® and CiTiRAMA® regularly attract thousands of enthusiastic Cincinnatians each year.\n\nHOMEARAMA® - Urban Edition 2023 will be presented by First Financial Bank, JP Flooring Design Center and Two Men And A Truck and co-produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati and the Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky. The show will be held for the first time ever in Newport, Kentucky. HOMEARAMA® – Urban Edition will feature nine (9) homes in a variety of architectural styles. Show homes will range in price from $1M and up. The homes will average 2,619 square feet and include an attached 2-car garage and a roof deck. Show builders include Thomas J. Ackermann Building Co., Inc. - 2 townhouses; Ashford Homes, LLC - 2 single family show homes and 2 townhouses; Homes By Gerbus, Inc. - 1 single family show home; and, Meierjohan Building Group - 2 townhouses.
