This class will focus on seller carry transactions where the buyer purchases “subject to” the existing financing. We will also cover wrap transactions involving all-inclusive notes and deeds of trust. You will learn the major risks and benefits of these types of structures, as well as initial contract considerations, contract terms, and important post-closing considerations. |
