This course teaches the requirements and benefits of a reverse mortgage, what to expect and when one might be approriate for your clients. Upon completion of this course participants will understand how to properly explain to your clients how a reverse mortgage loan works as well as how to use one when purchasing a home.

WHY: REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training within three-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. A new three-year cycle began January 1, 2019. The deadline for this cycle is December 31, 2021.
